After joining our team in 2006, Cathy discovered her passion to positively contribute to society by helping children. Her vision is to make communities safer by teaching children that they are important enough to get safe when their safety is compromised.
Cathy's strengths in fundraising and donor relations are a real asset to our team. Her most notable nonprofit project prior to joining us was serving as Promotions Chair for a large fundraising campaign where she exceeded its goal by a whopping 248 percent!
In addition to nonprofit work, Cathy's previous experience includes a 20-year career in the telecommunications industry in various disciplines. Her favorite projects included the design engineering of large call centers and power backup systems for Fortune 500 companies, airlines, and military bases. Ten years of her career included working with start-up companies and building out wireless networks.
Cathy is a U.S. Navy veteran, is pursuing her Bachelor's degree at Regis University in Business & Marketing. She has lived internationally, loves quilting, scuba diving, and traveling anywhere there is an adventure.
